No! Operation Wheels of Freedom is not a mobile marketing program. And while our programming certainly exposes participants to sponsor vehicles and products, there are no retail expectations or follow-up.
Yes, all participants are required to present a valid, pictured operator’s license to register for any OWOFF program.
Our onsite program managers constantly evaluate weather conditions. If they believe that impending weather will affect participant or spectator safety, they will temporarily suspend or if necessary cancel an event. Generally speaking, rain showers without threatening lightening do not constitute a cancellation condition.
Yes, if the child is tall enough to be safely buckled into a seat using the vehicle manufacturer’s restraint system. Small children are not allowed to ride on another passenger’s lap.
